The Dassault Falcon 50 is a super-midsize, long-range business trijet, produced by French Dassault Aviation. Developed in the seventies on the idea to build a business jet that could fly non-stop across the Atlantic Ocean, and the USA coast to coast, Dassault Aviation developed an aircraft that could have a 3,400 nm (6,300 km) range.

The Falcon 50 was later updated as the Falcon 50EX. Compared to the older aircraft, the new plane performed better and could reach 41,000 feet in 23 minutes. During its 27-year production run between 1976 and 2008, Dassault manufactured 248 Falcon 50s and 99 Falcon 50EX.
